How to play Golf Solitaire Pro

Try to win as many rounds of golf solitaire as you can by removing all the cards. How many rounds can you complete?

Golf Soltaire plays similar to Tripeaks. Cards can be removed from the layout if they are one higher or lower than the visible deck card shown at the bottom. The Ace is both high and low, and either a 2 or a King can be played on it.

Wild Cards can be played at any point you desire and of course absolutely any card can be placed on top of them.

Solitaire Card Games Free

It's worth noting that in this solitaire game, you can use the undo button to peek under the deck cards at the bottom. This can be really helpful if you are confronted with a few choices of cards that you can play, allowing you to work out which option might remove more cards from the layout.

The secret to getting the most points is to try to maximize your card run. This grows each time you play a card from the layout without turning over one of the deck cards. Using wild cards counts to your card run if they are in the layout, so it's often worth taking a moment to plan your moves.

Quick Hints and Tips

• For massive scores you can sometimes chain card runs together using wild cards that are dealt into the layout. For a shot at really great scores you can try to remove a column like this as the points gained are so much greater. However this plan has a drawback, you are likely to reduce your odds of winning a round of golf solitaire. So it is always more important to try and complete the round, unless you spot that wonderful moment where the cards have aligned perfectly!
• Use the undo feature to peek under the next card you are about to be dealt. So click next card, and then immediately undo. This gives you more options for planning your next move. To play this game well, planning really helps!

Addiction Solitaire Rules

The setup

The table consists of four 13-slot horizontal rows. Each slot can hold a single card. Deal a 52 card deck and place one card in each slot. Remove the aces, leaving four empty slots on the table and 48 cards in play.

The objective

To win Addiction you must move the 48 cards to their correct location, so that each of the four rows has all 12 cards of a single suit with the two of the suit in the leftmost slot, the three of the suit in the slot to its right, and so on and so forth with the rightmost slot being empty. It does not matter which row holds which suit, only that the cards in that row are well ordered and all of the same suit.

Allowed moves

• Move one card to a valid empty slot. Cards can be placed in empty slots if and only if the card in the slot to the left of the empty slot is of the same suit and has a rank one lower than the card being moved. For example a six of diamonds can be placed in an empty slot if the card to the left of that slot is the five of diamonds. Two's of a suit can only be moved to an empty slot if it is the leftmost slot of the row. As a result no cards can be placed in a slot whose left neighbour is either a king or itself empty.
• Shuffle. You are allowed to shuffle the cards on the table three times in a single game. When you shuffle all cards who are not in their correct location will be moved to a random slot on the board. Because cards who are already correctly placed will not move you can not directly lose progress by shuffling the board, but you might find yourself in a better position to proceed.
  Cards are considered to be in the correct position if they are either:
  • a two in the leftmost position of their row
  • of the same suit as the card to their imminent left, one rank higher, and that card is itself correctly placed.
  All other cards will be shuffled together and redealt to the remaining slots.

Time and Moves

The game counts the moves you make, and measures the time it takes to finish the game, so you can compete against your previous best games.
